Build advice

Hi everybody,

I'm currently rejoining wow and need a little advice for my build. I'm level 70 with mostly blues. My current talent spec is 21/0/40 and the points in them are out of wack for my lock. I have 522 spell damage, 79 spell hit, and 20% spell crit. I also have alot of spell crit enchanted on my gear. I thought about going 40/9/11. My goal is to do heroics, and raid heavily assuming that I find a good guild. I would spec all the way down to malediction and DP, for demo I would put 5 for stam and intell for life tap, Imp SB, bane, and shadowburn. I'm geared for destruction spec though so I'm kinda stuck. Any help would be appreciated. Its been since last August ''07 since I've been on. Thanks for taking the time to look at my situation.
