[Raiding] At what Point should I be looking at respeccing?

Generally I'm the support warlock providing embrace and malediction (dropped embrace for a few days though).
I am hit capped and have enough spell damage 1464 raid buffed I think.
Currently our raids top dpsers are the mages all arcane and pumping out 2k dps with what seems relative ease, whilst I can generally manage this in Hyjal.

I am quite happy with my damage output being just under the mages, considering the utiliy I bring I can still manage to be above the other locks for most fights.

Question is. At what point should I consider speccing 0/21/40 or should I remain affliction and provide the raid with utility?
I would prefer to remain affliction since I don't really enjoy the other trees.

We usually take only two lock sometimes 3 to a raid. so only CoS as utility is required (All mages arcane) and sometimes reckless if the melee numbers warrant its use.
