Spec help for more flexibility

Hi, Im looking for spec assistance if anyone is willing to help

Im trying really hard to gear up for PvP, Im grinding out my welfare epix, and also attempting to do 2v2 Arenas, I managed to get 2/Merc but then had a long break and now Im way behind. Im specced SL/SL for Arenas, but due to not being in my Guild long, its hard to find a regular partner, so I also like to raid, with the idea of gearing up better for PvE also, yes, its a big ask and seems to take forever.

Ive managed to slip in a few Kara runs speccing for UA, but my dps is omg lame, and I dont really understand why, ok Im in mostly PvP gear, but so are lots of other locks, and they do much better than me. After a vigorous blasting from this weeks group when the Prot Warrior out dps'd me on Maiden, lol, I specced 0/21/40, but at raids request went 2/2 Imp Healthstone just for this run, as we had 3 locks. I intend changing to gain Demonic Sacrifice when I next login.

I found my new spec satisfactory, boring but no more so than SL/SL, and although the gear I wear for PvE isnt great, I was sitting at around 940 SD and 14% crit, with 143+hit, and sat below the other 2 locks and above the mage for the rest of the run.

BUT...

I still want to Arena, and PvP, and I dont really like having to respec completely to do so. Can anyone suggest a more flexible build, that I can 2v2 with, and also pop along to Kara once a week in, simply changing my gear around a bit? Searching endless forums, including these ones gives me options, but no clear 'this is the best build for all content'

Perhaps there isnt one? Or maybe Im blind? Or perhaps Im destined to be gold-less forever unless I pick one side of the game and stick to that. /sigh.

Appreciate any comments, my armory link isnt working at this point so I cant link it, but its Laralei, Barthilas server, HEROES IN PVP guild. As I said, Im in a mix of gear atm, I plan to get full PvP set, welfare epix at best I suppose, maybe a few S3 if all goes to plan. "PvE set" basically just improves my +hit a little, 143 max atm, and my crit sits around 14.3% in my best stuff.

6/44/11 will be able to raid, pvp, grind, whatever you need to do, it's what my current spec is, and i love it. It won't be as durable as Sl/Sl for 2v2, but you can last a lot longer than you could as Ua or 21/40 in pvp, and it can shell out the dps for kara. grinding isn't as good as an Ua spec, but its still very fast and efficient.
tl;dr- felguard demo is as middle of the road as you can get.
