Best PVP Build for undergeared Lock

I plan on doing some heavy PVP at 70 since raiding has never been my thing. More Specifically 3v3 arena and some battlegrounds.

Now, I know that SL/SL is the way to go in arena but I've heard/read from some that say SL/SL isn't too viable untill you have some resilience. I've also heard that a 7/43/11 Felguard build would be better suited for freshly 70 undergeared locks that are looking to grind honor and do their minimum amount of arena games.

Anyone have input on this subject?
