Affliction/Destro Warlock Lock Raid Question

HTML clipboardOk guys I have done a lot of my warlock homework and I understand that destruction is ideal for t6 locks... but my guild had 4 other warlocks who had just as good attendance as I did, so we had 5 warlocks every night and we used them all (because we had like 1-2 mages if we were lucky at the time)....

So here is the point... I spec'd hardcore affliction, and I mean HARDCORE ( 5/5 shadow embrace & 3/3 malediction ) because our tanks tended to die randomly because their hp hit 0 :P and the malediction was because well I am a nice guy and don't mind sacrificing my overall DPS for the DPS of the 4 other locks and 2 Shadow Priests that we had at the time.

Since this flourishing time 2 of our warlocks transferred servers, one quit to PvP for s4 junk and its just me and another lock. We recently recruited another lock but they r in ZA/low end SSC & TK gear at best.

So the idea has come back...why the hell am I affliction spec with a guild that is cleared Hyjal and is on mother in BT. Especially if I have more spell damage than the other 2 warlocks.

So here are my current options and are open to new suggestions....

a) continue to do less DPS but help out the SP's and other 2 locks DPS ( and when new patch comes out help out overall more with the merger of CoS&CoE... especially because now most of our DPS is our plethora of mages that spawned after we lost 3 locks...

b) spec hybrid, keeping 3/3 malediction, not speccing for UA and putting 21 pts into destruction for ruin

c) conform and spec destruction, burn lots of mana life tap a bunch and have healers and tanks hate me because I am either pulling threat or life tapping due to the insane damage as a t6 destruction lock should

PS....the 2 other warlocks are cookie cutter destruction specs, one has the gear, and the other kind of has the gear, but the bare minimum...

Armory:
The World of Warcraft Armory

Also, dont let gear be an issue, i have an offset of some MH and BT stuff that the other locks had that is destro type with crit. i just wanna know if nerfing my overal dps is worth benefitting the whole raid?
