Two Affliction Builds for Raiding, which one?
I have decided to start raiding with Haunt/Ruin and use both suppression and cataclysm talents until I get max hit. Which of these two builds would be the superior one considering that I am going to keep my imp out in raids not felhunter as he is easier to control, and from what I can tell does more damage. First build is this: Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft With this build I would use glyph of Siphon Life/Immolate/Corruption Second build is this: Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft With this build I would use glyph of Siphon Life/Immolate/Imp I believe the second build to be superior, as I will be using my imp, using Molten Core and Demonic Power will buff his dps a well as buff my immolates dps. I basically replaced ISB with Molten core and demonic power and I believe it to be the best beginning raid spec. Also, for the second spec I would replace glyph of corruption with glyph of Improved Imp as he will be buffed already by talents, so why not buff him some more and get some real dps out of him. Any and all thoughts on this appreciated, thank you. Also, does anybody know how much haste it takes at level 80 to completely negate the use of the talent amplify curse? |

I say neither... although it might be up to what you think. I have been playing around with the spread sheet I have(but the spread sheet is not 100% accurate) this is spec: The World of Warcraft Armory this is with glyphs: Immo/SL/Imp Note: 3 point in suppersion is more dps but I needed to put points into Imp Drain Soul because threat has been a huge issue. |
