Morning Warlocks: I want to delete my current talent build and go all affliction. I have been out of the game some time now, maybe 2 years, and liked the demonolgy talent tree but would like to move into Affliction. I have compared random builds of warlocks in Naxx for the past few weeks and notice some put points into the demonology tree and some put points into destruction. Can someone explain why one would do this and the advantages and dis advantages to this? Apologies if this has been covered but I didnt see a specific post pointing to this. Mck |

Re: Affliction talent build options
In all honestly, I've always been affliction and I've never put my points in demo before so I'm not speaking from experience but more from what I've learned/read about it. afflic/demo for survivability - your pet is stronger and can hold up longer when you need it to tank? afflic/destr for dps - most points you put in this tree will basically be to boost the damage of your shadow bolt which is your filler spells (you cast it when all your dots are already up). |
