Ony Raiding
Which should I use in a 10-man ony raid? Affliction or dest? I recently dual specced at dest so I have not raided with it yet, but ony is moar dots! ...and affl is the dot enhancement tree. |

"Moar dots" is just a myth from old school Ony. Back then it was rumored that "Dots" would stop her from doing any Deep Breaths. Blizzard said lately that her Deep Breaths are random. We also didn't want the tank to loose aggro for better transitions to phase 3. She now has no aggro on Phase 2. When I RL Ony 10-man, I put all range DPS on her only for phase 2 to get her down as soon as possible, so you want to have your top dps spec for that fight. |
