Rate the Warlock Above You: The 'Tweak' My Gear Thread
If you're being out DPS'd by your Imp and you're sporting more gaudy gems than Harris Pilton, then this isn't the thread for you. If you feel you have big issues that need to be fixed, use the Help Form and get the Den to give you a complete head to toe makeover. If, on the other hand, you feel secure in your Plague Scientist's booties and feel that you just need a little tweaking rather than a complete rebuild, then this is your thread. The rules:

Rating for Uthmagogh 5/5 The only comment I would have is potentially switching your talents from Fel concentration and Amp Curse to Imp Life tap and imp drain soul. Imp Life tap will make you tap less and Drain soul will give you an extra 20% less threat from afflic spells. I'm not sure about you, but in raids and most dungeons I don't get hit enough to make fel concentration worth it and the .5 GCD reduction from Amp curse doesn't seem huge to me. @Locked 3/5 Never equip pure haste gems Any item with socket bonus of 6+ is worth going for. Unless the gem color combo is Blue/Yellow, Blue/Blue. Never use Glyph of Chaos Bolt, switch with Glyph of Incinerate. @ Teon 3/5 You have gone with the gloves as off set piece, for demo you want the chest of Blood princes but you might not have acsess to it. You have plenty of hit, yo could get the other crafted boots with spirit on them especially for your demo spec. Neck you do with an upgrade. Glyph of Immolate for demo? You might want to change that for Life tap. especially as your spirit grows. Last time I checked my next gear upgrades(yesterday) spirit only drops further with higher quality ICC gear. Since the change to Immolate being able to crit I have noticed a in-game increase in DPS over LT (in-game, not on failpaper) My hit is where it's at because my next greatest upgrade is MH which will drop my hit back down to 14%. Crafted Spirit boots are a serious decrease in dps. My Offset piece 'will' be Legs once I get back into raiding in a few weeks. I have the Woven Death legs and Plaguebringers pants (11 and 14% hit caps) 2nd I don't care about buffing DP any more than the 450sp I already give, as I also have fallen behind in gear comparison over my 3 month break. 3/5 -1 Shoulders = Reckless Ametrine -1 A recommendation has to be possible, if you take 5 seconds you'll see that this toon is still 10/12 and not even 5 kills for any boss in 2nd half. @tazers Leob: 5/5 - cant see anything bad at all. good job!  I would replace the two +20 hit (chest/neck) with two 12sp/10hit and exchange one 12sp/10haste (pants) with 12sp/10hit. this reduces the hit and haste by just 10 and you gain 24sp.
