Either way Ripsy's gear is pretty bad.
If your too cheap for red gems I can be ok with that but orange (int+haste) and blue (int+hit) gems are fairly cheap.
Also that toon has no enchants or reforging (wand really needs it).

And what is up with the TANKING cloak? Doing the thrall quest-line from Hyjal can get you an easy 365 epic cloak (that has intellect to boot!)

The destro spec looks clean enough, but that Demo spec that is currently active is horrible...so if you play that you need to redo it.
