I keep gettng kicked from instances for low DPS

Destro Warlock. No buffs other than on char.
I use food for extra boost that's it.

What's the problem?

I keep getting kicked for low DPS
I start with CoE and then rotate on Bane of Doom and Corruption and Immol and Conflag and Chaos Bolt.
Rarely use Rain of Fire unless 3-4 man mob.
I get 20K peaks but DPS scores at end of game are low and I'm not lazy. Is it my gear, buffs or approach? I like my Lock and in PvP come in top 10 but in Instances I suck and am always last.
Appreciate any help guys.

Wrong glyphs for dungeon dps. I think you need to read the guides linked at the top of this page. Do that and practice on a dummy for a minute, because in Destro more than the other specs I've found you need to be pounding your keys to avoid ven a small delay in casting. If there is even .33 seconds of you not doing something, it is a DPS loss. I'm not kidding. Even when I simcraft it says in the pie chart of "waiting" as only.27 seconds. You really need to get comfortable with destro, and comfortable with doing destro right. Read up on the guides, try it out, then come back with some specifics of what you experience.
