I'd recommend shifting 2/3 Demonic Embrace into 2/2 Fel Synergy to be able to put in GoSoul-Link as I see DS:Normal is progression area for you. GoIncinerate loses to GoImmolate as periodic damage of Immolate buffs your Conflagrate damage, too. Any wrists enchant loses to +50 int one. Take it or leave it for economical reasons. Qiuick wowreforge.com check just blames missing mastery to haste reforge on wand. Concerning priorities I'd like to point you to Teon's stickied guide, really no need to chew it all over again. (Generally speaking: yours doesn't look too wrong, but too spare and plain reading would state it plain wrong, as you'd only cast soulfire, working your list top down) Overall dps numbers don't give any helpful information. 25 at Hagara is quite nice, 22 at warlord sub sub par, just to gvie 2 of the extremes. BTW tailors' Master's Spellthread is way cheaper than 'Powerful'.

First.. switch GOIncinerate for GOImmolate IMMEDIATELY! I see you have 4pc T13. You should cast in this order....... Pre-pot Incinerate COE Soulburn Soul Fire Immolate BOD Conflagrate Corruption Doomguard. With this starting combo, I still have a couple of seconds to re-cast Immolate, and Corruption, if my IOTCM happens to proc.... 10% sp increase, plus the added haste, plus the full effect of the Will of the Unbinding, and your DI should be active also..... bonus! If you get this starting sequence down, and fill with Incinerate, when you're not reapplying your DOTs, you will see a significant change. BE SURE!!! That you have your DI on the correct target, Use your 4pc T13 bonus on cooldown! Remember to recast DOTs with <2 seconds left on Immolate, and Corruption. <15 seconds for BOD. Try to have as many procs active when you cast BOD, and Doomguard, as possible. Don't forget Shadowflame, while in melee range.
