Best pet for PvE?
Hey, this is Zinth (Duh) I am thinking of rolling a Gnome Warlock when i get back to Wow (christmas yay!) So if i'm going to be leveling him, what pet would you suggest be the best one for solo leveling? That is all. Thanks! Zinth |

I always used my big blue pal, but succubus is useful at times too, and Imp for instances. |

I almost always have my voidwalker out for questing. It's very nice to have a tank with you all the time, and you can heal him if needed  . My rule is, though, no voidwalkers for instances, always the imp. He's a great little mana battery if you pick up dark pact (afflic) and does okay damage if you really need it. Succy and Felhunter are both situational. Succy is great for CC and the Felhunter is great if you're fighting a lot of casters, but I would say these two are primarily PVP pets. Thanks for All the replys, Seems like a tank is the way to go! Thanks. I already have some guides and stuff to level him so we'll see what happens! |

I pretty much used the imp until I got the voidwalker. I used the succi a couple of fights and then got tired of her. I really only use her for CC now (which she isnt very reliable at). I likely just didn't favor her though. For leveling, personally I'd just stick to the voidwalker until he no longer holds aggro for you. |

Imp till 10, Void till 30, Succi till 60, then DS felhunter for mana regen or Felguard till 70. |

what kind of pet you use depends on your spec , first you must try to find out what do you want to spec? then you can find I what you need , also try to work with all pets; I mosly use my fellpup but it may be good for you to use imp for BP and void walker to get the aggro of you but that won't always work, died serveral times like that so just a tip |
