Need opinions on my character overhaul!
SO I have decided to play my warlock again seeing as every other person is a death knight and most arent very good. S here's my armory link. The World of Warcraft Armory you can see my gear and spec there. Ive applied to one of the top raiding guilds on the server. I know my gear isint full T7.5 but its not bad. Anyways with this spec ive been pulling around 2.4 to 2.5k DPS on teh IF dummys, is this a bad DPS number, or is it ok for my gear? Engineering is really lacking in lich king, the only good thing, teh helm is arguably not as good as the T7 one. Wondering if I was going to drop engineering, what woule be a good profession to pick up, Jewelcrafting for the gems? My alts a 450 JCer, but would it be worth it for the dragons eye spl pwr cuts? My rotation for this 0/51/20 spec is COE, Immolate then spam shadowbolt until immolate drops then repeat, working in my trinkets, glove haste and meta for a heroism. Now ive heard some people also use corruption in ehre and COD instead of COE< should I be using corruption and COD in my rotation? Sorry for teh wallo of text

Your gemming is significantly off. You should not be using spirit gems ever. If you need a meta requirement its primatics if you are a JC or SP/spirit gems to get the blue reqs. You can easily pull more dps then you currently are, do some research around the board, look into gemming and gearing. If you are apping to a top guild check out the EJ forums for specific numbers and extreme min maxing. |

Welcome to The Warlocks Den ryanhayes. The first thing I would recommend you doing is spending time on the forums reading through the posts and guides that are here to help you. Especially the sticky threads on people discussing DPS, as well as the gearing and talent guides. If, after that reading, you still need assistance, please note we have designated forum sections depending on what you need assistance with. If you need assistance with your talent build, please see the Talent Builds - Help section of the forum, being sure to read the How to submit a talent build question! guidelines. I would highly suggest reading over the recent threads in there as well as the talent stickies to get an idea of what people are speccing and how it's working for them. If you need your gear critiqued, and have read through the gearing guides (not just the one linked above), then please use the "Pimp my Gear!" (Get Help) Threads section of the forum, again, being sure to read the sticky that outlines the format required for that section. The formats outlined in that stickies wrtr put together and are requested by the members in order to give you the help you need. If you need some direction on your Professions, please head on down to the Professions's section of the forum.
