there is a more powerful spell currently active...?
hey just wondering if anyone knows why, whilst casting on a training dummy...alone corruption occaisionally comes up with the message that there is currently a more powerful spell on the target. any ideas what im doing wrong? |

if you have a trinket that procs and then you recast corruption and then later it recast it again before the timer runs out im pretty sure it still has the sp of the trinket proc... any care to add some facts??

Anything that modifies your spell power messes with it. Although it also appears that certain spells are just bugged. Particularly with healing classes. Many times it refuses to let me refresh my renew on my priest, for example. Nothing you can do about it, really. |

it could be that i was using a trinket, meaning i may have to change my rotation a bit |

Just stop clipping your dots and you should be fine. Clipping dots is an absolute no-no anyway. |
