well, at first you should a litle gear up in , few heroics, check for Hall of Light for pants, Hall of stones for trinket. The most important thing and easy way to gear up for start , its farm TOC Normal mode and after you get all stuff from there go to Heroic mode each day. so you will be gear up pretty fast. Second each day try to do Heroic Daily, to get 2 Emblems of Triumph per day. So example 30 triumph = t9 10ppl Go for nax, to get some rings, necks. If you have gold craft bejewel bracers, they are almost BIs for locks. Try to get in to VOa 10 and VOa 25, you can get there t7-9 Legs and Hands. |

Re: LVL 80 warlock in confusion
Grind ToC normal and heroic for epics, grind heroic dungeons for conqueror emblems and some of the epics there, get into some Naxx runs to practice your raiding skills. No, 25 ToC probably isnt a good place to start. ;) Concentrate on pieces that will allow you to reach the hit cap, it's completely possible in pre-Naxx gear believe it or not (I was hit capped entering Naxx), so it should be easier these days. Don't worry about your dps, that will come with practice and learning to play your class. There are loot lists all over the place you can look at to figure out what you need. Here's a pretty one that's easy to use. Kaliban's Class Loot Lists: Warlock |

Re: LVL 80 warlock in confusion
This list of pre-naxx gear is awesome: Warlock pre-Naxx Gear It's great because it gives you tons of options, so you can pick your preferred method, be it running heroics, getting reputation, or crafting if you're a tailor. That's assuming that raiding is what you want to be doing. You could PvP, or try and get some crazy achievements, or god forbid, you could start over and level something else!

Re: LVL 80 warlock in confusion
Alright, first of all: DON'T PANIC! Ok, so here's the thing you can do: - Find a tailor and get yourself some gear crafted. The lvl78 stuff is great if you don't have anything else, and you can farm most of the material in a few days top. If you enjoy PvP, get the PvP set crafted as well. - Go to Wintergraps, sit on a gun and wait. Seriously. You'll get tons of honnor, and Stonekeeper shards. Those gives you access to a lot of stuff, not all of which is PvP related. -Run instances. Do the daily, and get reputation. Heroics should be doable, mostly if you can find a good group. But normal instance will give you rep, and its really what you need most right now. -Get reputation: all the faction in game sell stuff you need: pattern, enchant, even some cool lvl187 and 200 gear wich will probably be an upgrade for you right now. If you do not have the rep, farm it. there are dailies for that, and tabards, and it will also allows you to gather some money. Right now, the coolest for you to get is Kirin Tor, and you get rep with them by doing the cooking and fishing dailies, amongst other things. -Get some money. You need cash. The simplest thing is to farm a resources and do daily quests, which in turn will also give you reputation with various faction. Remember that most of the time, ore and herbs are worth more "raw" than transformed. -If you haven't done it yet, do the Infernal and Doomguard quest. You can solo it all, and those two are not just jokes anymore. Try to get your DPS close to 2K (1.8 will do), and when you do, start runnning Naxx 10. From that point on, you are on the road to damnation, and nothing will stop you! Mwuuuhahahahha! |

Re: LVL 80 warlock in confusion
Farm trial of the champion normal mode, will get half of your gear to epic.

yes, do the h daily (wearing a tabard for rep) for easy conq/triumph badges, but be sure to do H ToC and normal ToC (the latter has no lockout period) as often as you can. sadly, a lot of the stuff from ToC (even regular) is better than most of the items from naxx25 depending on drops and your rolls, you could be ulduar ready by the weekend. |
