Affliction PVP help needed!
Hey It has been a long time since I visited the warlock den! I gave my warlock some time standing in the inn because I was busy with gearing my druid. The only times when I was playing my warlock a bit was when I wanted to kick some ass in BG as destro. At the moment I see alot of affliction warlocks and usually they are pretty good. So is this the new warlock pvp build? About my gear: My pvp gear isn't that good actually. I have about 500-515 resilience now. I was thinking about Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft to be my build as affliction. I created this myself without knowing too much about warlocks anymore. I think I'd rather got something like this Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft It should give you a bit more survivability with soul link and demonic aegis, it also allows gives you feldom which is a huge bonus. The last two points I'd stick either in improved felhunter (as I did) or Death's Embrace for better execution. I'm a destro player myself, but to me this seems to be the better choice for pvp, especially since you're lacking resillience atm. P.S. I added some glyphs. I think those three would be the best if you plan on doing arena.

I understand why you choose SL + Feldom above Molten Skin. That's a great idea! I don't understand why you don't take Shadow Embrace. 5% more damage is pretty much and less healing done is a big plus versus healers. please explain! |

Because it allowed me to take grim reach and it gave me enough extra point to get feldom completed and I don't like shadowbolt much as it has a long cast time. You could try Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft instead if you really want Shadow embrace.

What would D1re and Dhabi recommend if someone wanted Dark Pact. Sorry, but I can't imagine a Lock without it (kind of like Dreadstead). |

I don't know about dark pact, for me the talent was never that good to begin with (I level'ed as afflction mind you). Theo nly pet that allows dark pact in pvp would be the fel puppy, effectively removing any choice you had on pet. Also, since affliction has so much self healing I wouldn't mind using life tap every now and then, especially not considering the fact that you specc to improve it.
