I still prefer to keep capped regardless of expected raid comp. Never know when your SPriest or Boomkin can't show up for your raid.

My advice is to keep the 3 points in Suppression until you can get capped without it through gear/gemming. Then respec to get replenishment through Improved Soul Leech

I agree with the above, it always better to be safe then sorry. I am way over the hit cap and I don't spec for suppression or even gem for it really. The trinket Shard of the Crystal Heart really does help a lot.

If your way over hit (read more than 4%) there are better trinkets than the shard. If you need it for the hit , keep it. If not why are you using it?
