a question about hit cap
ok before you start pointing into another thread i do know what the hit cap is. But i have kind of a interesting question to pose. Last night i won the crushing cold wraith belt off marrowgar. I have 3/3 suppression and sit at about 397 hit so im sitting at 17% without moonkin/spriest buffs. I'm horde so no draeni aura so leave that out please. Im wanting to replace the belt i currently have which is the ToGC 10 man belt from northrend beasts. In doing so i would lose about 2.3% hit. Could i effectivly drop down to 11% hit rating (adding in suppression would make it 14% by myself) and still hit the hit cap with a spriest/boomkin? I wouldn't consider that question if we didn't almost always have 3 spriests and 2 boomkins on raids not to mention our guilds DK's. |
