CoT.. will it affect mages insta casts ie:arcane explosion?
How does CoT affect insta-cast spells.. if at all?

Arcane Explosion is not an insta-cast. It has a 1.5 second cast time. There is a mage talent called Improved Arcane Explosion to reduce it's cast time by 1.5 seconds if the mage spends the full 5 talent points on that talent. Therefore, curse of tongues does affect the cast time of arcane explosion. Fire Blast is an Instant cast spell, so CoT will not affect it at all.

If you are referring to those silly mages that Run into a group in AV and start Blasting away....CoT will NOT help you..because in order to do that move you MUST have the full 5 points for the reduced time...and very rarely will a mage use Arcance explosion over and over again if they do not have that talent...they have bigger faster spells that work much better. Namuh L?? Warlock
