Well mates, this is the point of art: i don't have much time for raiding at the moment, just ending my course and starting to work...well, getting to the point, i love this game and i want to be well geared, no matter the point xD i'm working on ot preety well, i think, but need some advices on some things...ofc i read the guides and foruns, e read new posts everiday and that stuff, but i have some questions about my gear:

- About gemming, what do you think about it? I think e got a nice and balanced gear, but i dont know if i continue that way, or i gemm with crit/haste...

- Some people say that crit for dest is 20%, other says that is 25%...what do you think?should i go for more crit till 25 or is that enough?

- About gear, im doing pugs to kara and ZA wehen possible, but i'm unlucky... I'm always aiming for one handed dagger and Hood of Hexing and trinket ofc... in bank i have other items i'm laways switching for higher dps depending on situation...rings of recurrence, all spellstrike and FSW, various rings, etc...
