Should I regem?

Talent Build: 21/40 I know it's a bit too early, but I wanted to try something new

+Damage: 1044
+Hit: capped
+Crit: 14,5% (Tooltip)
Have you read the gearing guide? It's my bible, maybe even too much...

Items/Slots in need of immediate upgrade:
Wrist, chest and hands.

Upgrades you are currently working on:
I got 81 badges. I want to buy the Tormented Demonsoul Robe and the Enslaved Doomguard Soulgrips to improve my crit rating, and go for veteran's silk cuffs. I saved my mats for enchanting these items. So that will improve me too.

All about you:
Until The Burning Crusade I played a healer, priest. Then I felt it was time for a change, the fun was gone. Rogue wasn't my thing. I started playing less, but refound my fun when I leveled my warlock. Now I'm back raiding, but not as fanatical as I used to.
I play in a casual raiding guild. It's fun and raiding. We do 3 night's of 25 man raids. We're currently do SSC (Downed Vashj twice), TK (until Kael'Thas) and MH (first 2 down). I'm playing as "casual", I can get into 1 raid a week. Sometimes 2 if I'm lucky. Normally I play 2 night and one morning in the weekend.

So considering the limit playtime and my casual focus, I think I can be satisfied with where I stand, but I'm always looking for more improvement.

I'm looking for advise on where to go next. Where should I invest my precious time to improve futhermore? I see this post as a check up with the experts

In my bags I got a Blessings deck I will convert on the next DMF and a scyers bloodgem. I think I should wear those to and lose Timbal and the Icon ot Cresent. Then I can go regem, I think it is needed. However I'm not sure where to go. I need some more damage and some more crit. I read that going for straight crit gems is bad. So my questions:
- did I miss some priorities?
- with the up's mentioned earlier, should I regem?
- I could use some tips on regemming. Any suggestions?

Thanks for any advise.

Re: Should I regem?

Looks fine apart from the +crit gems which simply aren't as good as +hit/damage (especially as you're not quite at the hitcap). They'll give you more of a DPS boost in items that you plan on keeping for some time (probably the belt and robe).
