Currently working on getting gems to increase my spell hit rating to 202.

All about you:
I have spent a lot of time reading here on the site about different equipment and specs. I am curious as to how my equipment stacks up. The spellfire set is never really listed in any of the guides. the spellstrike set is mentioned but not very often. When I pull the armory listing of upgrades, Im basically geared T3, with most upgrades coming from the next level of raiding. Im a casual player that loves this game. I love this class. I usually do alot of 5 mans, some bg, and general goofing off. I run Kara with some pugs and havent been in the others. Im also curious whether my spell rotation needs to change or not. I dont spam sb, i usually go immolate and spam incinerate until mob death(since most of my bonus spell damage is fire). On tougher mobs i will dot with Curse of Agony and Corruption. Anyway, i may have put this stuff in the wrong thread but once i got typing i havent been able to stop. Please let me know your thoughts. Any input will be greatly appreciated.

Well your specc is rather odd!
Do not gem for crit + spellpenetration, nor for mp5.
Get +20 spelldmg enchant onyour bracers.
I am not a big fan of fire in raids, but this issue has been covered here a gazillion times.

As oaken has said... your spec is wack. You might be better off respecing to /0/21/40 fire spec to increase your damage. http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=IZbxszIbzZVx0tr0tVuV
Also your gems are... well... You have gone for the socket bonus which isn't a good thing. Never ever try get the socket bonus unless its spell damage or hit, and even then, dont sacrifice spell damage for 4stamina or something stupid. Its better to just put in all spell damage gems or spell hit and spell damage gems till you get 202 hit.
