Raiding: Which badge item to get first?

I finally got to hit cap (if it doesnt show, I have Scryer's Bloodgem and Hood of Hexing) and I'm sitting on 60 badges right now. My question is, do you think I should go for the ring right now, or keep saving and upgrade my chest first? I'm thinking if I got the ring, I could sack the bloodgem and use Quaggmirran's eye again, as opposed to regemming to lower my hit to 202. But the chest would also be a big upgrade (and looks leet as hell)...I would lose the FSW bonus, but that would also free me to upgrade my shoulders to Fel-tinged Mantle (sitting in the bank). Any input would be appreciated.

the ring is 28hit... the trinket is 32...

I'm looking at your armory with both trinket + hex and you're at 202

personally I'll go ring. that way you can re jig some of your gems / enchants / gear pieces

eg with +28 hit it means you can lose that +15hit on your glove and go +damage

or

eg with +28 hit you can lose your staff and go 1H / OH combo

if you go chest you lose damage and hit in favour of crit...

If you want to stick with your current talent build then I'd do this:
Get the badge robe and put a +10 Spell Hit gem in it (epic Great Lionseye, 15 Badges or around 300g). Get rid of you FSW shoudlers for Fel-Tinged Mantle and put a Veiled Noble Topaz in there and whatever other gem you want. That will make sure you are hit-capped and you will have more than 20% crit which is what you need for destro, though you will lose some spell damage.

Or run MgT and hope for Kael's robe, I prefer it as it's more versatile as it has more sockets. And then you can get the ring.
