Low DPS Haste & Crit !

Up until this week, I have been pugging and not in a Raid Guild, and all my gear bar the excpetion of a few items have come from either heroics, badges or Naxx 25. My DPS in heroics is good or so I thought until I hear everyone do 5k in a heroic in the forums, I usually manage anywhere between 2.5k and 4k in a heroic depending on the instance, and in Naxx 25 and VOA depending on the Boss its anywhere from 4k to 5k, and on the heroic dummy I pull on average between 4k - 4.3k. Now looking at the gear I have, I think I must have specced something wrong my rotation is the usual lifetap ... cod immolate conflag cb and spam incenerate , and to be honest I rarely get beaten by another lock however it seems I should be doing a lot better looking at the results posted here. The Guild I have joined will be running Ulduar 25 and TOC 10 and 25, and I am afraid my DPS is going to drop considerably. So I am looking for advice on the gear I have on and have in the Bank and Badge or Heroic gear I should look to swap it out with. I am concerned that my crit is 16.34 %which feels low already, and that my haste unbuffed is only 384, I can get the Haste up to 484 with a spell stone and food buff, which is my norm. I dont really want to Gem Haste or crit, So any thing you can advise appreciated. Thanks Legend I also have approx 40 ish emblems of conquest left, and was considering the touch of the occult gloves for haste, but I use maxdps as a gear resource and its not listed as an item so I resisted temptation, and the fact i would lose a substantial amount of crit when I am already at 17.35%.
