T9 geared Warlock needs HELP!
Hello Folks I really need some help / tips on this problem i have encountered during raids, Firstly a link to my profile to show you my gear, The World of Warcraft Armory I personly think my gear is good, It would be good to hear your comments on it!!  And also, im not hit capped, simply because everytime i raid there will always be a SP etc... with the +hit that i need.. (I have living flame as backup) I know my trinkets need work, and im trying to replace my Firesoul with Blade of Tarasque (from totc 25) My main problem is that everytime i raid being geared i am, I only do 3k dps up to 5.5k dps... What seems to be the problem??! I would greatly appreciate comments back

Well your overall stats look ok. My question is, why don't you have the Abyssal Rune - Item - World of Warcraft Even the Sundial of the Exiled - Item - World of Warcraft is better than the PvP on you have. Both very very easy to get. I'd personally use the Living flame and go over the cap, as even then it is an upgrade. Your spec and glyphs are fine. What is your rotation like? |

My rotation is the standard, CoE/CoD - immo, CB, conflag, inc *3/4 refresh\ hmm ill be getting those

Nothing particularly wrong with your rotation...however i would use conflag before chaos bolt. Also are you putting the life tap buff up How are you on raid fights? Do remember there are certain fights where you won't do a huge amount of damage. If there's alot going on also, like Lord Jaraxxus for example, just keep on your toes and squeeze as much damage in as you can. Only move as much as you have to, if you're not moving from something, you're dps'ing something. Remember not to clip immolate etc etc. If you know the tactics well it's much easier to plan ahead and squeeze that extra damage out. Which fights do you only do 3k dps? And which fights do you do 5k dps? EDIT: I would also recommend you drop herbalism for tailoring, and level up your jewelcrafting. Farm loads of herbs, sell them, then drop it and use the gold to level them both up if you don't have the gold available. Both professions will give you another 100 spell power or so, if you use the cloak enchant and the gems. Last edited by Jenren22; October 27, 2009 at 09:51 AM.. |

good advice! thanks would latency affect my dps? i rock about 500ms dps generaly in raidsmy fps is good, just my latency... I know all 80 raid fights by heart.. and, well the ones i do really well on is the Twins, toc - i pull about 14k in that one but i dont count it as you get buffed heavily ;P the fight i pull 5k on is on Deconstructor and ony thats allIm abit short on gold, but ill farm like crazy!!! How much gold do you need to level tailoring to 450? |
