MMO-Champion just released screenshots of a warlock PvP set:

I am very disappointed at the design and hope they don't force us to use spell crit, though i will try some chaos bolt builds with a retry pally at 80.

I don't think we'll be seeing spirit on our PvP gear, just PvE gear.
