Wasn't there an underground zone mentioned?

I seem to recall hearing that there would be an entirely underground zone in Wrath of the Lich King. I haven't seen any screen shots that suggest this, nor do any of the maps appear to show anything underground.

Does anyone know anything about this? Seen screen captures? Video? I thought it sounded pretty cool when I first heard about it.

BTW, WotlkWiki has released a Google styled map of Northrend. It's pretty interesting if your into maps and all like I am.

From what I've read, at the moment there's a single instance - not a complete zone.

I really hate how they've changed it. I was planning to spend a huge amount of time in the tunnels of Azjol-Nerub. Now it's a lowly instance, and a really short one at that. Don't get me wrong- I will run the instance a few times, but it's still a huge disappointment.
