Realm Firsts are be implemented in the next beta build, they will however be somewhat broken due to the fact that we have data issues with existing beta testers. Here is the list for now, but we will probably add more:

Realm First to 80
Realm First to 80
Realm First to 80
Realm first to 450
Realm First 10/25 end-boss kills

Please keep in mind that this will be slightly broken on beta realms. For example, in the current build, Realm First Mage to 80 is actually implemented, but our Lead Encounter Designer, Daelo, has leveled a Mage to 80 instantly in order to test something, and this resulted in him getting the achievement for the realm. On live realms however, this will never happen. On live realms, all blizzard employee accounts are not counted toward Realm Firsts, but this part of the technology was not yet implemented in the beta.

Additionally, when Realm First achievements go live, they won't be accurate on the beta realms. But they will be on live realms where data will be pure, which means that the correct information will be displayed.

It should be noted that Realm Firsts have a window that stays open for 1 minute after initial completion of the Feat of Strength. This means if 25 people kill Malygos as a Realm First, they'll all get credit. It also means however, that if two players reach level 80 within a minute of each other, they will both get credited with the Realm First.
