Wishful thinking Author: Tragik Posted: May 06, 2009 09:23 AM Stuff I wish existed. 1) 1 Minute baseline CD on Fel Domination. Swapping pets in arenas is terrible. It also is horrid in PVE when Mr. Felguard get hits by something random and I'm running and can't do the damage needed to heal him.... I don't know why our Interrupt/Silence is inaccessible if you put on your melee mitigation. I don't know why an entire build (Demo) has to suffer such a massive DPS loss because your pet died twice. It makes no sense. 2) Pushback and dispel resistance in Demonology. Blizz: "Here, warlocks, here's a 51 point talent that turns you into a melee-killing demon." Warlocks: "It takes me 3.5 seconds to get a shadow bolt off......oh and all my DoTs just got dispelled." 3) Shadow and Flame. Why is Shadow Bolt still attached to this? I've tried numerous times to adjust a Succy-based MD build to use SnF for Shadow Bolt, but they always suck. Destruction Warlocks don't cast Shadow Bolt. This talent should be called Don't use Shadow and use Flame. 4) A really cool Conflag proc. Demonology and Destruction both get a lot of crit from talents. Other than pet crits from Demonology Warlocks, our crits don't do anything, except for Pyroclasm, but that's kinda lame. Mages get this talent Hot streak. It would be nice if Destro got something to use Soul Fire in some way since, you know, it's an extremely powerful spell.....It should work off Conflag crits.... 5) Immolate Dispel protection. Your primary source of damage as a destruction warlock has no dispel resistance without blowing two GCD's on crappy spells. I've already gone through this one...... 6) Chaos Bolt. Should blow through all bubbles. Iceblocks, Divine shield. Yep. All of them. Enough Holy Lights to full health then an immune pally bashing half your life away.....screw that. 7) Meta and CC. Why? Why are you CCable at all. It makes no sense. That's all I got right now. Post a comment... |
