The second raid I did with my new guild. The raids are so fast paced but I think I didn't do too badly.

I think the biggest thing is the fact that i've performed better than most of the other locks in the guild (exception being noodles who is pretty pro - wasn't there for the majority of the raid since people needed to switch) but because i'm a trial I have to wait for loot :p Oh well they say patience is a virtue. I guess it's fair enough having to wait to get loot since they don't want to gear somebody up who might just end up g-quitting, which is perfectly understandable. I really want to prove myself a worthy member of the guild.

Some of the Shahraz attempts weren't too good since i managed to get myself stuck in a corner and died pretty much instantly.

Council... hm well where to start, I was in the same group as the other two locks - that being with a resto shaman. One thing that really stood out on the fight however when I browsed through the logs is the fact that nearly 10% of the total damage done to Council was resisted. Have any of you guys ever considered using some spell penetration gear rather than pure PvE gear to break through the resistance aura of the paladin? I'm just wondering if maybe the spell penetration would outweigh a couple of points in spelldamage/haste.

Whenever Gathios recieves his Aura we switch DPS to Nethermancer who As far as I know is out of reach of his aura.
Well, you could wear a +penetration cape and drink some -resistance Elixir but I don't think that his 250 res could be lowered enough.
